meditation that I want to post for you. It’s January 10. It’s

dark outside, I’m hearing I Berta Canada, it’s very cold

Unknown:

outside, and I’m in my room with my room diffuser with a

Unknown:

beautiful essential oil. And I just thought I take the time now

Unknown:

to post a meditation about connection COVID has been tough

Unknown:

on all of us, no matter where you live on this beautiful

Unknown:

planet Earth. I have listeners from Ireland, from France, from

Unknown:

the United Arab Emirates, from Germany, from Canada, from the

Unknown:

US from Finland. And COVID has separated many, many families

Unknown:

this year, especially over Christmas. And I feel January is

Unknown:

a tough month in general. Still a dark season. So this

Unknown:

meditation is for when you want to connect with somebody,

Unknown:

without talking to them without facetiming with then messaging

Unknown:

with them, just through energy. They hope this is not too

Unknown:

esoteric for you. I don’t think it’s esoteric at all. But when

Unknown:

you sit down and deeply think about the last beautiful memory

Unknown:

you have with that person. And you really start being present

Unknown:

with that feeling of connection than that person you can be sure

Unknown:

will receive something. We’re all connected well made of

Unknown:

stardust, if so to say. And when we take the time to be still be

Unknown:

present with ourselves and then call in the energy of another

Unknown:

person, then a deep connection can be created. A lot of time

Unknown:

times I say that to my friends when they go through a breakup

Unknown:

or when they have to go through long distance relationship

Unknown:

stressors. It’s just a beautiful way to connect to yourself and

Unknown:

connect to the person you miss most. So I want you to sit down

Unknown:

in your preferred position. You can have a pillow, you sit on to

Unknown:

elevate your hips a little bit. Or as usual you can lay down

Unknown:

have your palms open to the ceiling and fully sink into your

Unknown:

mat. If you set I want you to put your hands onto your thighs.

Unknown:

I want you to adjust your pelvis so that it’s like me stubble

Unknown:

you’ve tried to tip the muesli out in front of you a little bit

Unknown:

so that you have a straight spine without great effort. And

Unknown:

then you tuck your chin just slightly to extend your neck and

Unknown:

your eyes can be closed. Your jaws relax. A little muscles

Unknown:

around your eyes are relaxed on your forehead, around your ears.

Unknown:

Beautiful resting bitchface Now breathe here. And know that

Unknown:

you’re deeply connected to the people you know.

Unknown:

People you call friends, even acquaintances, everybody who was

Unknown:

in your presence today and back in your life, everybody who was

Unknown:

able to see and Feel your energy you can reach. Now I invite you

Unknown:

to think about a person that you really miss

Unknown:

person who wish to connect with. Imagine their face, maybe their

Unknown:

smile. If you hug each other for greeting, imagine that hug

Unknown:

whereas the hands on your back, maybe on your head. Imagine what

Unknown:

kinds of face expressions they make when you’re happy when

Unknown:

you’re sad,

Unknown:

and when they are happy and when they are sad. I mentioned the

Unknown:

sound of their voice. relax the muscles around your mouth,

Unknown:

around your eyes. Any feelings that come up now, you allow for

Unknown:

this sadness, allow yourself to be sad. If it is pure joy.

Unknown:

feel those beautiful, electrifying new feelings.

Unknown:

Knowing that this person you’re imagining right now is thinking

Unknown:

of you to appreciating you. listening to you. Imagine once

Unknown:

again to hug them in slow motion. Maybe zoom in, maybe

Unknown:

zoom out, go into birds perspective.

Unknown:

Luffy your chest pressed against their chest. They’re breathing.

Unknown:

Beautiful. Now imagine taking their hands. And now both of you

Unknown:

place your hands and pray position in front of your heart.

Unknown:

Press your thumbs against your sternum. Volume mind, blow your

Unknown:

head down to your heart. And I’ll feel that deep, deep,

Unknown:

calming and soothing gratitude for the other person. Now must

Unknown:

stay. You can stay here for a moment. Or if you were sitting

up straight, you can lay down and let that feeling sink and

deeply. Breathe deeply into your body and exhale. On the 10 deep
