Ep. 37 Aggression the unacceptable emotion [emotional health]

I don’t know how it is for you but for me Anxiety and Depression are the most scary things to go through as a human being.

Anxiety and Depression can have a million sources, I get it but one of the culprits I can see is aggression.

Especially suppressed aggression 

Aggression as an emotion can have 1001 origins but I know for certain that it is most inconvenient for people to feel and experience it/ receive it from another person 

Assuming now that aggression is part of our human experience AND part of human nature;

Blaming and shaming and trying to suppress this ultra strong emotion has disastrous outcomes .

In being more honest and transparent with this powerful emotion I’m hoping not only to call out passive aggression , manipulation and all the other little cousins that make living together in communities so brutally hard BUT also to raise awareness that most of the time aggression is just a quick go to emotion and the underlying hurt is: 

fear, anxiety, insecurity, feelings of powerlessness and helplessness .
