Hello, hello, and welcome to the BorealisUnknown:
experience. I’m your host Aurora, life coach and companionUnknown:
on this beautiful journey called life. I hope you feel good, youUnknown:
feel good in your skin. I hope you feel good with yourself andUnknown:
the people around you. And hope I can bring you value with myUnknown:
episode today. First off, I want to thank everybody who hasUnknown:
reached out in between episodes to ask questions to requestUnknown:
episodes or to simply comment or to rate. We had a couple ofUnknown:
donators and so very, very appreciative. This is a donationUnknown:
powered podcast without any advertisement. So we highly,Unknown:
highly rely on your generosity. So thank you so much. And thankUnknown:
you for listening. Thank you for being here. And I respect you soUnknown:
much for having the courage to reflect about your life, aboutUnknown:
yourself about your behaviors and your relationships. NotUnknown:
everybody does that. And the people who do I simply look upUnknown:
to and feel drawn to. So thank you so much for being here.Unknown:
Today, I want to talk about your life. That’s very simple andUnknown:
small, right? Very straightforward. But I went onUnknown:
my my little walk here today, and I wondered how other peopleUnknown:
experience life. Because the more I coached people, the moreUnknown:
I realized that we all have such a different perspective on life,Unknown:
on experiences. We make very different conclusions aboutUnknown:
life, even though we went through the very same thing. SoUnknown:
today’s episode is basically a question. How do you experienceUnknown:
life? Do you see your life on a timeline, from when you wereUnknown:
born until you’ll be dead? Or on your deathbed, or transitioning?Unknown:
To not be as harsh? If you go into birds perspective? Do youUnknown:
see yourself being born and then going to kindergarten, maybeUnknown:
spending time with your friends and siblings or caregivers wentUnknown:
to high school and now you see yourself where you are in theUnknown:
present moment and then into the future? And then all the wayUnknown:
into the future where you’ll be transitioning? Or do you see andUnknown:
experience your life? Like a list of accomplishments you knowUnknown:
like boxes that you want to take off a bucket list that you wantUnknown:
to attend to. And you go from accomplishment to AccomplishmentUnknown:
from goal to goal or are you a dreamer to your dream and justUnknown:
float like a feather in the air and just see where life takesUnknown:
you. That’s totally valid as well. Or do you got otherUnknown:
experiences you have something in mind that you want toUnknown:
experience and then you go chase that experience those feelingsUnknown:
Yeah, I know a couple of people who would live like that theyUnknown:
want to it’s not always adrenaline or dopamine driven.Unknown:
But sometimes they’re always thirsty for something new andUnknown:
something else and something different and then they feelUnknown:
satisfied. And they feel they can go lay on their deathbed oneUnknown:
day and feel good about themselves, but not everybody isUnknown:
like that. And then I have other people who gather memoriesUnknown:
throughout life. They live in the past, basically. And it’sUnknown:
hard for me to understand how somebody can have so much in theUnknown:
past, because how do you go forward that and but some peopleUnknown:
just, you know live their life on autopilot. And their mind isUnknown:
always drawn to the past to memories. They’re very nostalgicUnknown:
and, and deeply feeling people. But they’re always drawn back.Unknown:
They love to be alone lots and they love to have very, youUnknown:
know, old friendships that they can share memories with. AndUnknown:
it’s not so much about making new memories, but about holdingUnknown:
on to old memories. Maybe there’s many, many, manyUnknown:
different ways that you can live your life, maybe you live, youUnknown:
live through somebody else, maybe you have children and youUnknown:
live your life through their eyes. Maybe you have a job thatUnknown:
you are totally immersed in. And you are at the mercy of that jobUnknown:
of the company you lead. I just find that. Yeah, I find it veryUnknown:
interesting to ask people these questions. Because we’re alwaysUnknown:
rushed. We always run around accomplished to do less we getUnknown:
our job done better or not so good on other days. We socializeUnknown:
we fulfills social, like societal expectations and thenUnknown:
we feel good. That’s another one. You keep chasing theUnknown:
fulfilling of society, expectations, societalUnknown:
expectations. Is that what drives you? Yeah, basically whatUnknown:
that question boils down to is what drives you? What, WhereUnknown:
does your mind spend most of the time and energy Some people liveUnknown:
in regrets and pain, past pain. Some people live in deep anxietyUnknown:
because they keep thinking about the future and becauseUnknown:
everything is uncertain and everything changes all the time.Unknown:
They live in constant anxiety for some people’s stress ofUnknown:
which depression and anxiety is part of it. But you know, highUnknown:
strung stress is how they experience life. It always hasUnknown:
to be fast paced, and pushy and runny and just exhausting. ButUnknown:
then they feel life then they feel good. That’s normal forUnknown:
them. What is it for you? So I invite you to sit down on timesUnknown:
and just to reflect about how you lead your life. And if youUnknown:
were to fast forward, if you’d be happy on how you live yourUnknown:
life. I wonder for myself it’s It’s important though, becauseUnknown:
you don’t want to regret and a couple of years because you canUnknown:
turn that time. All right. I’m gonna leave you with that littleUnknown:
bit of wandering, a little bit of calm and quietness. And onceUnknown:
again if you have a comment if you have a request. If you justUnknown:
want to connect, never hold back, you can reach me onUnknown:
Facebook, Aurora Eggert does my profile or Aurora EggertUnknown:
coaching, or my website Aurora Eggert coaching.com And if youUnknown:
feel curious and ready to to engage in a, in a coachingUnknown:
journey to address these juicy questions with me and to go deepUnknown:
down to the root of your soul and your core being you knowUnknown:
where you can find me. And if you feel you want to connectUnknown:
physically in a year through a relaxation class, then I canUnknown:
send you the details and we can meet and connect and my physicalUnknown:
location. All right, I’ll leave you with that with lots of love.Unknown:
