about yourself when you compare yourself to others. The stuff

that makes you feel small and not enough

that makes you feel like a failure time. Take all this an

embrace it. Know that you’ve always done your best. You just

didn’t have the awareness to act from your best self.

But you’re working on it now. Chances are if he listened to my

and of who you were and who you don’t want to be anymore. Maybe

Drop it all. And be with yourself now. Look at yourself,

and know how precious you are. Know that there’s people out

there who are always excited to hear from you. And see you know

that there’s people out there who can see that you are

transitioning and that you are becoming your true self. And

they’re so proud of you. They just don’t put it into words. If

you believe in God, know that he always has your back. And you

Unknown:

can trust the universe that you never made any big mistakes,

Unknown:

took decisions that led you to this day, here now. Few believe

Unknown:

the universe is guiding you through life. then know that you

Unknown:

can surrender to the universe and trust it.

Unknown:

In the future, you will not make mistakes. You will make

Unknown:

decisions. You will listen to your heart. You will not force

Unknown:

anything. You will have less expectations. You will just flow

Unknown:

with life. accomplish your goals. Step by step, getting

closer to your dreams. The stuff that you feel deeply ashamed of

stuff that you don’t like about yourself will not hold you back

anymore. You can drop it, you are forgiven. I’m going to share

that in future episodes. But I feel that most of the time. We

have to forgive ourselves. The other people that we’ve heard or

disappointed have moved on a long time ago. They’re living

their life. They may be actively forgave you. Now it’s time that

you forgive yourself. Again, let your shoulders melt into the

ground. relax the muscles around your eyes. Maybe you feel your

heartbeat by now. But you certainly feel yourself

breathing. Because your reps are kind of pressing against the

floor every time you inhale.

Know that you’re endlessly precious and that we need you

out there. We need you. To shine your light. We need you to be

honest and raw and vulnerable. We need you to express yourself

Unknown:

fully in order to see you in order to understand you and

Unknown:

understanding you is loving you. So allow the people around you

Unknown:

to see you. And don’t be scared of being rejected. Because if

Unknown:

you accept yourself fully, you can never really be rejected.

Unknown:

Take a deep inhale and exhale, let everything go. You may

Unknown:

choose to just stay here a little longer now. And enjoy

this sweet spot of accepting yourself fully and being fully

Unknown:

at peace with yourself.

You can now roll on to your side. Come into a comfortable

seat roll shoulders up and back. Tuck your chin slightly to
