Mr Nice Guy and Miss Please-Everybody always end up being disappointed or hurt or even rejected, WHY IS THAT ?

Because people can sense that weird vibe from miles away

It’s nice to have person around that does everything and says everything we like to hear but then a change happens and weird expectations come up, resentment maybe even a full on tantrum

A. : WHY are you always taking from me ?!

B. : what ?!

A. : I do everything for you and sacrifice so much and get nothing in return !!!

B. : Well I never really asked of anything !

situations that you don’t like it keeps distracting you It

keeps maybe even destroying relationships. And you’re not

have like a quick energy boost a quick little reminder of where

you can start digging a little deeper where you can start and

become a little more curious, in order to be on the right path,

your right path. So I want to ask you a question. How much do

Unknown:

you feel you need to accomplish something? Do something in order

Unknown:

to feel seen and heard? Do you feel you can just be in this

Unknown:

world? Just be yourself. Just go about your mission? Or do you

Unknown:

feel like you have to be a certain person, you have to do

Unknown:

certain certain things, sorry. In order to feel that you have a

Unknown:

purpose in order to feel you belong. And then I want to ask

Unknown:

you, how much do you like yourself? Do you respect

Unknown:

yourself? Do you take really good care of your body? And I

Unknown:

don’t mean going to the gym? putting makeup on or nail polish

Unknown:

if you’re a girl putting on nice clothing. That’s all very

Unknown:

superficial stuff. I mean, do you deeply appreciate your body

Unknown:

and accept your body? deeply appreciate that your body is

Unknown:

serving you every second of your life without asking much from

Unknown:

you. Do you drink enough water deed good food? exercise of

Unknown:

course is important. Do you get good sleep? When you take a

Unknown:

shower has it just let’s get it done with or did you actually

Unknown:

enjoy touching your body non sexually, and again, deeply

Unknown:

appreciate

Unknown:

your body that is serving you day in and day out. Do you

Unknown:

understand your body? Do you understand the language as it is

Unknown:

speaking to you, the body is giving you very subtle signals.

Unknown:

And if you tend to not listen to them, you become sick. If you

Unknown:

tend to not listen to them, you live in discomfort and it can

Unknown:

even affect your mental health and make you feel depressed.

Unknown:

Just because your body is deficient of something that you

Unknown:

chose to ignore. So I invite us all today to check in, do we

Unknown:

take care of a body? And in doing so do we take care of our

Unknown:

mental health? There’s a storm coming up out there. Mother

Unknown:

Nature is supporting my powerful little message here today. This

Unknown:

is awesome. When it comes to your relationships, when it

Unknown:

comes to your identity, what do you identify with? Is it your

Unknown:

relationship to your parents that is still holding you back

Unknown:

from doing what you really want to do? Do you still feel like

Unknown:

you have to be a people pleaser. And trust me, people pleasing is

Unknown:

such a dangerous mode to be in. And I feel when I say dangerous,

Unknown:

I’m not exaggerating, because people pleasing is not good for

Unknown:

anybody involved. If you are the person who’s trying to please

Unknown:

others. You’re constantly running around and trying to

Unknown:

extinguish fires that are not yours. Because you don’t feel

Unknown:

worthy otherwise you constantly worrying about other people,

Unknown:

you’re constantly thinking about what people think about you, and

Unknown:

you want to find a place and and doing like in wanting to find a

Unknown:

place you just keep being that person who always wants to serve

Unknown:

others. And now you could say well, there’s nothing wrong with

Unknown:

that I don’t want to be servant or the other people and I want

Unknown:

to be kind person compassionate and have empathy and stuff.

Unknown:

Yeah, but if you do it out of the wrong reasons, you’re gonna

Unknown:

destroy your relationships with people. And you’re not even

Unknown:

going to

Unknown:

know why.

Unknown:

You’re not going to be able to set healthy boundaries, you’re

Unknown:

going to be sitting there and expecting stuff from people that

Unknown:

they don’t want to give back to you. And it’s just a whole mess

Unknown:

that grows on your pile of poop. Sorry to say that clearly. But

Unknown:

this is how it is. So if you identify with being a people

Unknown:

pleaser, you will keep being disappointed. You will keep

Unknown:

feeling drained, you will keep not understanding what is going

Unknown:

on with people, they are so selfish. They don’t care about

Unknown:

other people. And they’re just taking all the time but never

Unknown:

giving back. It is because you give and give and give. And

Unknown:

people can sense that you do it out of a lack of self

Unknown:

confidence. And like I love to say we’re all just animals. And

Unknown:

when we sense low energy activity like this, we want to

Unknown:

reject we want to make aware of it, we want to call it out. Or

Unknown:

we just cut it out of our lives when it doesn’t serve us anymore

Unknown:

or when it’s getting to a point that it’s getting annoying. A

Unknown:

person who feels they have to serve others please others on a

Unknown:

constant as actually even burning out others because that

Unknown:

person at some point will crumble will be so resentful and

Unknown:

hateful and accuse other people of never being there for that

Unknown:

person that they never asked for the help that was presented to

Unknown:

them. So this is a harsh wake up call. For everybody who is

Unknown:

trying to save everybody out there, it is not your mission to

Unknown:

rescue other people, you can lead and help other people out

Unknown:

in, in being a good example of self care. But you don’t need to

Unknown:

sacrifice your well being for others. And for some people, it

Unknown:

might sound very virtuous, but those people usually get sick or

Unknown:

very resentful and hateful towards people. What about your

Unknown:

relationship with your parents, as I started out earlier, we are

Unknown:

oftentimes born into families that have very different values

Unknown:

than ours. And when we are little, we learn that being

Unknown:

excluded from family is life threatening. So of course, as a

Unknown:

toddler, as a young person, maybe even as a teenager. It is

Unknown:

life threatening for you, if you have your own mind your own

Unknown:

dreams, that our outside of the box of your family was that a

Unknown:

surprise now that you are going to turn into a hardcore rebel,

Unknown:

or if you have your rebellion, internally, you will become

Unknown:

sick. I don’t think that’s a surprise. Because we’re not

Unknown:

born, to please

Unknown:

anybody out here in this world. We are born to find our purpose,

Unknown:

to live up to our purpose. And to serve Yes, serve other people

Unknown:

through our mission. Not because we feel a lack of confidence and

Unknown:

a lack of belonging if we don’t serve others know, because we

Unknown:

step into our power. And we serve other people, we help

Unknown:

other people because of the magical knowledge that we hold.

Unknown:

So when you look at your family, maybe you’re born into an

Unknown:

intellectual family, but you really want to be that crazy

Unknown:

musician who’s spreading joy all over the planet. Maybe you are

Unknown:

born into a creative, artistic family. And you want to be an

Unknown:

accountant, a banker, an investment broker. There’s

Unknown:

nothing bad with that. There’s only something bad with this, if

Unknown:

you hold back. And if you think that you need your family’s

Unknown:

approval to do whatever pleases your heart, what means following

Unknown:

your purpose, and in doing so, helping so many people out

Unknown:

there. So, first thing we had your body? Are you taking care

Unknown:

of your body? Your mental health comes right after? Are you

Unknown:

living your truth? Or are you still trying to please other

Unknown:

people out there? Because you don’t feel worthy enough? Are

Unknown:

you still too insecure and weak with who you are? To not set

Unknown:

boundaries that protect who you are, and show people how to

Unknown:

communicate with you and how to treat you? And then the next

Unknown:

point was? In what kind of family were you born in? And do

Unknown:

you allow yourself to fully

Unknown:

express your purpose? And a lot of people will say No, well,

Unknown:

Aurora, but I don’t know my purpose. I have that job. That

Unknown:

is kind of okay, but not really awesome. And I have a wonderful

Unknown:

family who’s supportive and everything. And we get along

Unknown:

greatly. Well, maybe you’re not being honest with yourself.

Unknown:

Maybe you think that if you were to follow your purpose, you

Unknown:

would disappoint your parents or your friends, or whatever. Maybe

Unknown:

you don’t allow yourself to see what your purpose is. Because

Unknown:

it’s so much easier to see yourself as a little victim of

Unknown:

circumstances and to not tap into your power and into your

Unknown:

purpose. Because that would create discomfort, temporary

Unknown:

disconnection from people that you feel connected right now.

Unknown:

And just overall disturbance. Well, this my sweetheart if you

Unknown:

decide to sit in that misery, you will become more miserable,

Unknown:

and become eventually sick, or even more bitter at the end of

Unknown:

the day. So you have to ask yourself, what is holding you

Unknown:

back? What are you scared of? What are you resisting to

Unknown:

explore? Where do you think you’re going to hit on

Unknown:

resistance, that’s where you will have to dig a little

Unknown:

deeper, where you don’t want to go. Sometimes the path you don’t

Unknown:

want to walk on is the exact path that you should be walking

Unknown:

on. Because that means growth. That means breaking out of

Unknown:

restricting energies and stuff that is holding you back,

Unknown:

setting yourself free, connecting with people who will

Unknown:

lift you up even higher, who will support you on your

Unknown:

mission, and make you feel real good. And you will realize, I

Unknown:

don’t need other people to make me feel real good. Because I

Unknown:

love myself and respect myself so much, that now I can only

Unknown:

appreciate other people’s approval, but I don’t need it

Unknown:

anymore. Because I know I’m doing awesome stuff. For other

Unknown:

people out there. If you tap into that energy, of course,

Unknown:

you’re going to lose friends who are maybe falling behind and

Unknown:

want you to be your old self. But it is okay. It is okay to

Unknown:

distance yourself from people who are not walking on your

Unknown:

path. And it is okay to reconnect with new people who

Unknown:

will be on your new path with you.

Unknown:

Full stop.

Unknown:

So,

Unknown:

I want you to think about these questions that I asked you

Unknown:

today. I want you to really dig a little deeper, because if

Unknown:

you’re not happy with your situation right now, maybe you

Unknown:

don’t know what you want. And you have to find out now what

Unknown:

you want, and only new, we’ll find out what you want and no

Unknown:

one else in your surroundings, you are alone with us. And it is

Unknown:

absolutely okay. You can’t make any other person responsible for

Unknown:

this situation you’re in, I want you to call yourself out on your

Unknown:

bullshit. If you were choosing to live a mediocre life because

Unknown:

of other people’s opinions, other people’s judgments and

Unknown:

your own little belief system. I want you to really be honest

Unknown:

with yourself from today on. And if you find out what you want in

Unknown:

life, then don’t waste any time. If you live in COVID

Unknown:

construction right now, there’s so many things, so many little

Unknown:

steps you can take in order, sorry, in order to get closer to

Unknown:

your dream. And if there’s no restrictions anymore, you have

Unknown:

even less excuses. And then every day, I need you to think

Unknown:

of your dream and your goals and your purpose. And every day, I

Unknown:

need you to take baby steps. So make time to make baby steps

Unknown:

towards that new person, you want to become that new purpose

Unknown:

you want to tap into. Alright, I’m gonna leave you with that.

Unknown:

It was a lot of shaking and breaking and passionate talking

Unknown:

here. People who know me for a little bit since episode one are

Unknown:

probably not surprised. And for people who are new here, just

Unknown:

know that I’m a regular girl who had a couple of very intense

Unknown:

experiences. And a couple very harsh lessons I had to learn.

Unknown:

And I want to share this with you in order to maybe be able to

Unknown:

take shortcuts to not waste as much time as I did. And to not

Unknown:

feel like a victim for so long and you’re actually a leader and

Unknown:

could be out there helping other people. I’m sending my love out
