experience. I’m your host Aurora. And yeah, I’m very

excited to be record in episode number one of season two now.

It’s been quite a great journey. So far, I’ve been posting an

episode every day ever since January 3. And, yeah, I feel

Unknown:

inspired every day to post something for you to guide you

Unknown:

through meditation, or to inspire you with my stuff here.

Unknown:

And today, I just want to do an inventory check today is a day

Unknown:

where I will be just a little more quiet than usual. Kind of a

Unknown:

half meditation, half inspirational talk. And we will

Unknown:

see how we feel. And if we want to continue the way we were

Unknown:

operating in the past couple weeks or months. So best would

Unknown:

be that you know driving a car, or bicycle or operating any

Unknown:

machinery. Be in a safe space where you can relax and maybe

Unknown:

even close your eyes. And just see how you feel today. Because

Unknown:

I feel like doing it for myself today. I decided to make this

Unknown:

the new episode of a new season. I have my dogs wrestling in the

Unknown:

background, I will not edit them out because they are a huge part

Unknown:

of my life. And it’s been a little challenging at times to

Unknown:

be recreating and taking care of the puppies at the same time and

Unknown:

trying to grow a little business here. But it’s going alright,

Unknown:

it’s going great.

Unknown:

So see how you feel today and see how you feel about your last

Unknown:

couple of weeks. Maybe they have been stressful because of COVID.

Unknown:

Maybe you’ve been bored most of the time and stuck at home.

Unknown:

Maybe you felt lonely? Maybe you were figuring things out with

Unknown:

your life with your past life and want to be on a new path.

Unknown:

No. Maybe you’re studying hard for exams, maybe you’re very

Unknown:

focused on something that one day will turn you into a doctor

Unknown:

and nurse and lawyer. Whatever dream you have you want to

Unknown:

accomplish. Maybe you’re very very focused at the moment. And

Unknown:

I think wherever we’re at right now, it is good to at times.

Unknown:

Take a break and just see how everything fields and take

Unknown:

effortless. Take effortlessness into account. Sorry, I got

Unknown:

distracted here because all of a sudden the dogs are quiet. So

Unknown:

sometimes that gives me anxiety. So yeah, effortlessness and ease

Unknown:

and natural flow. Sometimes when we want to accomplish something,

Unknown:

maybe you studying, working hard and me here trying to build a

Unknown:

little business and have that podcast growing for you.

Unknown:

Sometimes we get too caught up in the two dues in wanting to

Unknown:

accomplish and wanting to reach a goal every day. And it’s

Unknown:

tiring. Sometimes we tire ourselves out. So it is you who

Unknown:

then have to decide No, I’m gonna take a break. No, no, I’m

Unknown:

going to binge watch a series now. I’m gonna eat some junk

Unknown:

food. Now if I was great on a diet. It’s good to keep the

Unknown:

balance. Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.

Unknown:

Very good.

Unknown:

I joined Instagram today. I had huge resistance, joining

Unknown:

Instagram for the longest time. And yeah, no, I did it because

Unknown:

for some reason, I’m not allowed to post life videos on Facebook.

Unknown:

And I felt constipated in the last couple of days, like, I

Unknown:

really wanted to be out there for you and post a live

Unknown:

meditation. And I was not allowed. And I got so

Unknown:

frustrated. And now I just realized, no, I have to get

Unknown:

given to something that I was resisting for the longest time.

Unknown:

And I’m just gonna surrender to Instagram and allow them to see

Unknown:

me and be vulnerable and raw out there. And it’s a beautiful

Unknown:

platform that I’m very, very excited to use. But then I

Unknown:

posted on Facebook that I was on Instagram now. And you can see

Unknown:

that I have a couple people unfollowing and zero followers,

Unknown:

and it just made me feel very humble, to start something from

Unknown:

scratch. And to know that people might be judging me because I

Unknown:

have no followers so far and, and that whole social anxiety

Unknown:

that exists on Facebook and Instagram. But I want to ignore

Unknown:

that feeling and make it more important. What I put out there

Unknown:

for you, and the stuff that I know, will feel like a big

Unknown:

drink, or have a nice beautiful, soothing source. Something

Unknown:

soothing, something that is supposed to bring you joy and

Unknown:

peace and quietness. So yeah, today I had to overcome that

Unknown:

level of resistance. And this is doza being very vocal today and

Unknown:

wanting to say hi. And I’m also very excited to introduce him to

Unknown:

you guys because he’s a lovely puppy of 10 weeks, not potty

Unknown:

trained now. Always yet. So we have a lot of fun getting them

Unknown:

trained and, and having him in our lives. Now I drifted off,

Unknown:

but let’s get back to your breath and where you at. And

Unknown:

that you want to take a break today from all that craziness.

Unknown:

From the to do mode from the having to accomplish mode from

Unknown:

the playing a role mode. Maybe you are a father or a mother.

Unknown:

Maybe you are a son or a daughter who feels responsible

Unknown:

for his parents. Or maybe you are a big brother, big sister

Unknown:

and always there for your younger siblings, then this is

Unknown:

exactly for you. And for all the people out there who who want

Unknown:

take a break for a moment here. You’ve been doing awesome. The

Unknown:

mistakes you made you learn from and you will not repeat them in

Unknown:

the future. And if you do it is for a reason and they will get

Unknown:

you somewhere. Just take a couple breaths, drink good clean

Unknown:

water. Eat awesome. Good food that makes you feel really good

Unknown:

about yourself.

Unknown:

Have restful sleep, posted a couple meditations that can

Unknown:

really help you to wind down at night and to for you to have you

Unknown:

are undistracted not again because of my puppy biting my

Unknown:

pullover. I posted episodes for when you struggle with insomnia.

Unknown:

I don’t have a good night’s sleep. So feel free to go back

Unknown:

to season one and work through a couple of the meditations.

Unknown:

They’re really just 10 minutes long or a little longer and they

Unknown:

were so obvious so well. I feel I have to keep that episode a

Unknown:

little shorter because the puppy is really going crazy now. And

Unknown:

feel free to continue to just sit there and breeze. And relax

Unknown:

and know that the to do lists can be approached tomorrow

Unknown:

again, or later on today. take really good care of yourself.

Unknown:

This episode was a little bit of a mess because I shared with you
