​

It is extremely important to get a coach that you feel comfortable with. In order to make progress with your life, you need to have a connection and chemistry with your coach. This is why I always offer the fir call (30 min) for free.

During this first call you will get to know me, Aurora, and see if we are a good match. We will also go through what your needs are and how long you would like to commit.

There are no strings attached on the free call – if you simply don’t feel like I am the right coach for you, that is totally ok and you may continue looking for the right one for you.

The Coaching Process:

Book a FREE call (30 min) with me. We will get to know each other and see if we are a match. Free call won’t tie you with anything!

If you feel we are a match, I will prepare the package for you in 5-8 days. I also might suggest you something more personally tailored depending on your needs.

Start Coaching sessions with me according to your package and plan. We will meet at the Yurt or connect through calls organized with Zoom/ Phone call .There will be one 50-60 min meeting/ call per week. During meetings/calls you will do exercises and actively work on your belief systems, patterns,feelings and thoughts. I will also guide you through transformational and liberating meditations. You may contact me through WhatsApp in between the calls, if you have anything to ask or you have concerns about something or simply for me to be there for accountability sake

Once coaching is done, reflect what you have learned. If you wish to continue coaching with me, I will prepare another package for you – with special price of course!

What you need to bring to the table:

​

  1. The more open and transparent you are, the more effectively I will be able to help you. Stay open minded!

  2. You need an iPhone, iPad or computer if we cannot meet in person and you want to do coaching with me. We will have calls over Zoom/ or phone.

  3. During the week you will be making time to apply the tools I provide for you and do some exercises.(minimum 15 mins/day, maximum 75 min/day).

  4. Have a notebook and a pen/pencil ready for our coaching meetings/ calls.

  5. Wear something comfortable (and even weatherproof). Sometimes coaching calls might require relaxation practices, walks in nature or even yoga! We will find whatever is best for YOU.
